My main role is too oversee the construction activities that take place on the jobsite. I supervise General Contractors and Subcontractors. The management role involves adhering to the guidelines, assuring the goals of the job are implemented practically and with diligenet practice directing all crew members. I value the importance of a team atmosphere that promotes cooperation, productivity and quality. Through these values, I strive to implement the plan practically with a unique perspective that completes each task, efficiently and effectively.
I value organisation when completing any project. I use this to direct my main roles which include maintaining and organising files, preparing, examining and tracking the purchase and sale of goods and services as well as reconciling accounts. Marketing duties that include advertising and social media updates and office administration also fall under my wing. Precision and consistent effort are crucial to the maintanence of a unique comapany that constructs homes with a difference.
